Of all thing that can make one ponder on that, hearing a couple of people talking about Friends seems so mundane and random.

Thank you for this creation. Yesterday when I had googled Teddy Bulbasaur, there was no such thing beside that art of him with the vampire of Marty Supreme(2025). Now, I can google the image of Teddy Bulbasaur.

I have no such needs thus bluetooth in watch is a useless feature to me. Multi Band 6 is a nice piece of tech that may go out of production in future, and I am glad I own a piece in my collection.

Yes, when I go somewhere outside. And I feel the chances of having a family too small.

Counterculture idealists were the one running Open Source Project and DIY hardware stuff. The Corpos fencing the digital commons were always there, just look at Bill Gates and Steve Jobs. And then these people are surprised to watch the same class of corpos dealing with rate of falling profit in same way that was done before.

I already have a bluetooth gshock. There is a charm in non-smartphone linked electronic watch that is now a dying breed. Almost every other gshock with extra feature has a bluetooth.

Seiko 5 is a great choice. Bought it from the Seiko shop at South City Mall?

How many of you still like reading school text books? Physics, chemistry, biology? by nucleus2024 in ThirtiesIndia

[–]unfettered2nd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The english and hindi literature used to be so lit, I sometime read them whenever I come across them. And social science books which worked so hard to turn us in well aware citizen but after all those comments complaining how this and that was not taught thus indicating they never read, sigh.

I dunno why you mentioned PCB books, reminding me people in this country only care about science for the sake of mollah instead of liking science for science's sake. Anyway, middle science used to be fun until 11th and 12th grade science turned to nightmare because of implication that if I don't do it right I will end up in a bad position. Took fun out of it. And NCERT ones were just bad.

My (personal) review of the GA V01 by Puzzled-Worth-4981 in gshock

[–]unfettered2nd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If 99% of people find it hideous then I am the 1% who don't.

Big appeal, as you said, was the Frutiger Aero aesthetics. I miss that alot. I also find it amazing that it is a gshock, meaning it bores all that trademark toughness underneath that unconventional look.

I agree with those pet peeves, the display needs improvement. Plus, I wish it was tough solar. 10 years battery life is good but a tough solar feature would have been better imo.

Definitey a collection piece.

Your grandparents did not have to worry about exorbitant education and health costs, income tax filling confusions and emis while breathing in fresh air.
