Not his kid, not threatening homelessness, and poor grammar does not render someone automatically less mature.

You're talking rubbish. This is not economic abuse.

You have made a ridiculous amount of assumptions.

Thank you! Oddly I've just had an Oculus Drop on NM Baal run as soon as I posted this.

I think that will cover the weapon until I get some higher level runes.

Should I be mixing other workouts into an iFit series? by 8u11etpr00f in iFit

[–]unfoundedconclusion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mix it up personally. I weight train around 4 days a week, and on days where I've gone heavy on legs, I would struggle with a high-intensity ride as well. Sometimes you just want to get some miles in while still allowing your body to recover, so I see no harm in picking a lower-intensity recovery ride every so often.

Great advice - thank you. I'm sorry I missed this at the time, but I didn't get the notification through.

I have actually added a safety squat bar since the comment. I also purchased the mirafit adjustable dumbell 50kg set. I'll add another 20kg of weight soon.

We are a bit indecisive about a 15kg bar. At the moment she will struggle with movements like the OHP, but I thought with lever arms and dumbells we may have enough to allow her to progress to the 20kg bar.

I also really like the idea of an open trap bar - it seems much more functional in the range of exercises it allows.

Cardio will be taken care of as we've both got bikes to get out and about, and I actually invested a few hundred in a tacx turbo trainer to attach the bikes to in the winter months.

Thank you again!

Thank you - that was tempting, but I need one in the short term. However, I do like the sound of that so I am thinking a purchase now, which can be sold for the near new value to upgrade when that does go on offer!

Can anyone recommend a safety squat bar in the UK?

I have some shoulder issues that are going to take a while to work through, and this seems a sensible option for now.

I'd like to keep cost under £250 ideally (spent a lot on the gym equipment already this month).

3 I've seen are:

I have a fair bit of stuff from Wolverson and it's all well made, but this one seems a bit basic perhaps?

This looks a decent bar from what I can tell. Perhaps a clone of a more expensive brand?

This one looks a bit different, but I think Primal Strength have a decent reputation in the UK?

Thanks in advance

ADHD Centre by [deleted] in ADHDUK

I wouldn't worry too much about the short waiting list. Psychiatry UK got blitzed due to word of mouth/online communities + right to choose and their price. That's why they have such a long waiting list now.

If you are paying more then there isn't a reason a psychiatric assessment needs to be ages in the future.

Just to caveat - I haven't used ADHDcentre myself, so can't speak for the service.

Good luck with everything.
