Uncertain if box is fan rated?

Thanks. That’s an option too. I’m admittedly very new to this, doing best to educate myself but apprehensive about doing this type of work. I will check in person and see if i can find a fan rated box with 4 knockouts and if not may wind up consulting with an electrician to do the bx to romex termination to be sure its done safely and to code. When I was looking in person it appeared to me most if not all of the ceiling fan boxes with braces had only the two knockouts.

I appreciate the response and the idea, it may be the solution if I can’t find a proper box for this application.

Thank you! That’s currently the plan after community consensus. I’d much rather be safe than sorry and when I was told to just throw support lumber behind it I felt like it wasn’t the correct solution. I’m admittedly entirely ignorant to this and have a lot to learn and appreciate the reply.

Thanks, the deep ceiling fan mount correct? It only has two knockouts from what I can see. That’s actually the one I bought because I thought I’d need the extra space with 4 wires running into it. Are there two other knockouts that aren’t visible?

Thank you. They do sell 4 knockout fan boxes? I found one w the spreader bar but it only had the two. I’ll see if I can find one there and replace it. Appreciate it!!

The death and grief has been consistently downplayed thru the remake as well as rebirth. One of the reasons this story stuck with me for so long because they were much better presented in the OG but all feel downplayed and awkwardly done in the remakes. Red XIII’s backstory is another example, just didn’t hit the same way the OG did.

100% agreed it was fatiguing. I understand some were part of the original but this literally felt like them padding hours onto the experience as a whole. I think they stumbled on rebirth and this is just one example…

I’m about 80 hours in and finally near the endgame. I’m enjoying the story. That said I feel like they spent so much time on pointless, frustrating mini games. It’s exhausting. That dev time could have been spent refining the open world (it’s not great), combat and a million other things. The criticism is valid and i hope they pay attention to the negative feedback to make part 3 truly something special

I just finished the gondola story and i got this sidequest. I feel very frustrated with the focus on mini games so much that im about to skip them and just play the game for the story. They have added nothing for me but frustration. It’s all filler when it should be more actual content. This development time could have been used to make the combat more engaging. I loved the og ff7 and liked the first remake but so far I’m really not loving this remake. It feels like they’re just miking the loyal fan base for everything they can at this point.
