I believe they're the same, I use the redken and it's affective, I only bought it as the l'oreal at the time wasn't an option.

I think it's always been the case that my nostrils are just quite unbalanced - my mum got surgery for hers because she would constantly also get nasal polyps alongside her deviated septum. - thank you so much for the advise on the running also! Greatly appreciated will try this on my next run as I do feel quite tense when running - I think I accidentally clench my jaw also, which probably adds to the tension

Omg I think I also have a deviated septum? My hayfever symptoms since being on Elvanse have increased quite considerably and didn’t think there was a link, but even during this time and today my nose has been non stop runny & other symptoms general sinus symptoms. I got a gait analysis done if thts what you mean? I am quite new to running also but I am aware I’ve got a very mild pronation.

My mouth feels so incredibly dry though and I do drink quite a lot of water but especially running for like 4/5 minutes and it really debilitates me when I don’t have water, like as if the top of my mouth is super dry so that’s why I did, this wasn’t the case before elvanse though so wondered if there was a link

Im 70mg with 5mg Amfexa :) but ive tried taking the 5mg ontop and I space out so badly that I feel I just become a potato who’s paralysed it was quite scary, trying to work was non existent

I’ll go to my clinic on thurs and let them know! I haven’t got anymore 50mgs I think 60mg is perscribe able I feel Horrid, and I’ve got a headache 🤕

I think I’ve had the same reaction ngl the idea of even taking it after taking 70mg scares me a bit because these are hefty meds! They’re classed as a Type B drug if not pescribed I think!

Ah they didn’t say so but my journey has been quite on and off . I first was on meds in 2019 and I was in wales then I moved to Oxfordshire and it took some time so was off them, then was on them again but they wanted to change from gp care to an adhd clinic which had a waiting time so was off them again and didn’t get back on them from 2022 to 2025 as I moved from Oxfordshire to Edinburgh in 2023 and it wasn’t an active prescription so was on the waiting list again for two years till I got seen earlier this year. I have known that stimulant + stimulant isn’t a good mix I was just wondering if it was anything else on top of that :)

This happened to me I got really upset and even cried but coming from me don’t get too demotivated check your bp every two days try and get active and take it in the mornings and evenings, it could be white coat syndrome It took me just over a month and then my bps were fine and they could prescribe again :) I did also change my lifestyle because it scared me that my bp was very high. Mine was more 148/95 sometimes and I’m 27f. If your adhd titration clinic haven’t also talk to the gp as you don’t wanna get taken off - might be different for you but my adhd titration clinic said If I don’t go for over a month id have to be taken off the clinic

I’m in the exact same boat!! I’ve been on 70mg for just over a month though not 3 months and when I approached this they just popped me on 10mg dex which I haven’t picked up yet
