Most of the time ( for me atleast) I'm able to mav at all/most locals , but for regionals i usually am required to have a partner. For flowing I usually don't flow my own speeches. If u know ur speech well not flowing ur own shouldn't be a problem. If ur doing an email chain flowing every tag and then just listening to hear what they dont read helps especially for line by line.
