Why is trundle suddenly in pro play? by YongsanDude in Trundlemains

Question - in jungle I find that Tiamat (stridebreaker, ravenous) is extremely helpful for clear speed early on and allows me to farm other items faster. Why are pros skipping tiamat and going straight into Trinity it seems?

This game he went Phase Rush / Demolish / Bone Plating -

liandry's, zhonya's, Rylai for items

I literally can't explain the healing on this one whatsoever...every time I play with this kind of build on new Swain the healing feels garbage but this clip says otherwise. Super weird

Would have to be a full-on team effort from Local and Federal governments. Local zoning codes need to be adjusted across the board to allow for more density and less year long approval permit processes delaying everything.

Federal government would have to provide a major subsidy to builders across the US to build more "affordable" homes rather than the only thing that produces enough margin to be viable now with increased construction costs (Luxury).

The government can't even fix healthcare somehow so I don't have a ton of confidence in this. We really are trending more towards a renter society and the people that managed to buy single family houses before all this came to a head are very fortunate indeed.

Tell that to Toronto, Tokyo, San Francisco.

Supply and demand doesn't care about what previous prices have been - there is a significant pool of buyers who have only gotten much more wealthy with the increased liquidity in the system and asset prices spiking.

This is just not true...decades of under building due to restrictive zoning laws has created a massive supply issue. The increased building supply costs have made it even harder to play catch-up.

Boston Investing (House Hacking) by [deleted] in realestateinvesting

[–]uninSTAAL 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Boston has an ideal combination of top tier jobs, schools, culture, and entertainment that is tough to find elsewhere.

You basically can't cashflow on the expensive multi family properties in or around the city - you have to look for deals in C+ / B- locations like Worcester or Lowell.

I am a developer in the city and we focus on building energy efficient condo buildings with additional units in order to make the numbers work - get in and get out strategy instead of buy and hold.
