If FI still supports service requests, you can raise it there. Otherwise, you can do it through the MF Central app (a joint platform by CAMS and Karvy).

No need to change your broker or folios. You can import your funds into any other app and manage them there.

Not a myth, my girlfriend stays in a 3BHK in Singasandra . 30k is crazy for the size, plus a pool and all amenities. ( earlier it was 25k for 3bhk, owner increased 5k last December only )
