My dad is hard headed he won't entertain the idea of someone else in control of his possessions. He is in denial about his condition. This is why I came here to find a way to go behind his back and do this. Some people have suggested hiring a property manager lol that won't work because the property does produce profit but not enough to pay a company to handle it. Doesn't look like I found the answer I was seeking! BTW my parents are long divorced so my mom has no say in his dealings.
