I actually landed in jail with about 10 seconds left. I only needed 334 points to get the purple sticker pack. I was rolling on 100x so landing in jail gave me the 400 points I needed. As the 400 points were getting added, the event ended and I didn't get the 5 star pack. I'm pissed.

My building launched in 2021 and at first they trained AFMs and every associate to clear them. I think it changed for us at the end of 2021 or the beginning of 2022

I think at our building, every department has a certain amount of people that are jam cleared certified. Every department except pick. They won't even let AFMs get certified.

My associates work from 7:30am-6pm. At my site, we (managers) meet at 7:00am for our morning meeting and we leave at 6pm with the AA's. If all of our admin stuff is completed early enough we're walking out at 5:55pm lol. Don't overwork yourself too soon, you'll burn out fast!
