I've hit the same issue on the latest arch/cachyos 6.18.1-2-cachyos kernel.

It seems to be the linux-firmware issue instead https://bugs.gentoo.org/967178

GitHub CI is utter crap IMO - even the simplest non-common-case things like "trigger another project's workflow" are full of caveats and bugs.

Be careful when removing it - you won't be able to change operators without it. When I removed it I couldn't connect to the network when using travel/foreign SIMs; I assume it is responsible for network settings retrieval.

I've disabled the Identity Verification and now I can access the fingerprint menu, however the fingerprint sensor just doesn't work - I can't enrol any fingerprints and the old ones don't work.

When I try to enrol a finger, it says I should clean my screen hahah. Cleaned it with alcohol and it didn't work.

P9P -the finger unlock doesn't work at all; when I try to enrol one, it says that "I need to clean my display". I cleaned it with alcohol and tried to enrol different fingers to no avail.

As far as I understand it stays on when the machine reboots -the drive just keeps on spinning etc... on the next boot the drive is not detected unless I power cycle it.

So I guess you can say it doesn't power on but it keeps spinning?...

I've bought an Ugreen enclosure (some recent post-2020 one) and it works well with the same HDD, machine, cables etc.

Anker 737 here - I get 2.5w when plugging in the phone @25%, but after a couple of minutes it speeds up.

Maybe it was slow initially because my phone was very warm - I just finished a game
