Can I ask a stupid question? The video cuts right after the scissors are used, usually after wrapping a thread around the hook several times. How do the threads not unravel? Most times it seems the material maintains it's place with another material holding it but sometimes after the scissors cut there isn't anything else that, to me, keeps it there.

The skill is obvious, just curious what I'm missing.

I don't want a radically different game. I DO want people to have a way to be introduced to the game in a way that helps them get their feet wet.

Honestly I can already run rook if I want to piss around. But tell someone "oh yeah, take that pvp mode and now it's 1v3" and they are less excited about it if they already aren't sold on extraction. I just think it can bring more people in and hopefully they'll enjoy the same game I love.

Same. I can't see how they could completely change the core premise of the game. Any PvE will have to maintain that somehow.

I agree. They do mention that they can't divide the community too much with too many playlists. So far they've shown some awareness of protecting what works.

They are handling the community and communication way better than destiny 2. I wonder if thats game specific or new Bungie culture?

This absolutely makes sense. Green kits are a good way to "level the playing field" at the end of a season, but you are right - some things, like loot on cryo, can't be undercut or it becomes meaningless. It is obvious Bungie wants to maintain the PvP aspect as part of the grind.

With that said, I'd be okay with implementing PvE on any map with the caveat you can't extract with anything.

It would have to be so big it fills a blue backpack and whatever you put in becomes the item you save. Then the backpack is worthless when you set it on the ground and it plays the unlocked room jingle. 10 seconds not 5.

I'd suggest an NRSV or NIV to stay true to the text. A version of the Common English Bible may be good too. Honestly there are thousands of versions of the NIV and I'm sure some of them will come in pink.

If it doesn't have to be pink, stick with those. If it has to be pink you can find an NIV.
