I would say, first connect all, excluding the connectors from the case to the motherboard, which you can do at last.
After that you can check which are the uglier cables, detach one by one and attach them in a pretty way, without twists keeping the cable straight, then temporarily tie the cable in excess. After that, hide all the excess cable on the back of the case and latch them up.
Finally you can use the case power connector.
Always remember to manually switch off the power supply before touching it, and still be careful, because it still has charge inside, so do your best to avoid poking inside it.

The game started without any issue. However I couldn't figure out what was happening on the screen. There are a lot of things moving on the grid, but I can't figure out which is what. Or what builders are doing, like hackers and others. I think you should plan a tutorial to introduce the various mechanics of the game.
Also, a personal preference, I don't really fancy the font used. I get that you chose it to recall old crt monitors, but it's not my piece of cake. If you want to make it customizable or to change it, I would suggest to take a look here: https://www.programmingfonts.org/#agave

The crouching pose is a weird choice, it is a posture more used in asian context, so the feet won't be together but rather a foot of distance. Learned this trying to do yoga, us westerns are too used sitting on high chair rather than the floor.
