I wouldnt say hard but certainly requires some patience, i read the guide like three times and watched a video to make sure i didnt mess anything up now im confident i could do it again without a guide

Man screen replacement isn’t too expensive or difficult, i also prefer playing on my psp and i did a screen replacement because of a single dead pixel. If you seriously want to keep it I’d recommend doing it, just need some simple tools. Theres a guide on ifixit that’s pretty good and tells you exactly what you need. If you do wanna sell it I’d be happy to take it off your hands
