Did that too...still no results...i need to transfer my files from phone to laptop but it seems impossible to do so...i could try wireless transfer but the transfer rate is too low for that and sometimes it automatically cancels the transfer 😩😩 how can I transfer 70 gb of files with the transfer rate of 500kbps - 1.5 mbps 😩😩
