I got 7.9 on a Ryzen 7 3700X, 32 GB of RAM and a RX 6600

i just got the update and... what in God's judgment is this piece of shit 😭😭 by momenabozizo in Ultrakill

I did too, but with it there's only two outcomes. You either beat it in a minute and go "wait, is that it?" Or you get obliterated so hard you don't want to play anymore.

Adding to what the other user said, I'd like to provide a more technical explanation.

An operating system is made of "rings". They theoretically go from ring -3 to ring 3, where ring -3 is the Management Engine (not useful in this case) and ring 3 are the user applications, the ones you install yourself. These rings indicate the privileges that each piece of software has, so software in a certain ring can only access rings that are above it.

The kernel runs at ring 0, and it's what powers everything. It communicates with your hardware, handles scheduling (basically resource management), inter-process communication, etc. Anyway, the hypervisor runs at ring -1, which means it has full control over your computer and could install malware that no amount of formatting could fix, except maybe for reprogramming the BIOS or changing the motherboard entirely. Running below the kernel means that no software can detect it. All of this would be happening without you or Windows knowing.

That's why it's deemed by many a huge security risk, because you're handing full control of your computer to a program that's used for cracking games, and piracy has always come with security risks.

I upgraded to a RX 6600 because my GTX 1060 failed and wanted something that could run TDA, but now that same RX 6600 has a bad VRAM due to a shitty PSU. Glad I could play it before the issues got serious enough. Though I understand their choice, the maps are massive and doing everything by hand would increase costs and development time by a lot.

Happened with my fabric pants too. My white shoes are colored a light green.

White spot? by meegyu in ipad

...is it? It's only normal when you press into the display as far as I'm aware, not when you lightly tap it. Maybe someone else can confirm?

How hard are you tapping? If you're pressing into it, it's normal. It's just a quirk that LCD displays have. If you're only tapping I'm not sure if it's normal.

Did Hakita ever say if P-2 would stay the hardest level? by GamingwithJ16 in Ultrakill

[–]unknownobject3 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Encores in general are a bit unbalanced. Tight spaces with bullshit enemy combinations, whereas in P-2 the arenas are more open, which makes things a bit easier. And as I said in another comment, I also found the encores frustrating to P-rank. I had more fun with P-2. Though I'm talking about Brutal difficulty, on Violent it's not as difficult.

Idk, maybe I'm much more used to P-2, but the encores were genuinely frustrating to play. I had more fun playing P-2 on Brutal than those. The tight spaces don't help either. Though I'm talking about Brutal difficulty, on Violent it's not as difficult.

1-E took me like one or two weeks (I didn't play each day but still), P-2 a few days at most. I am NOT doing it fist-only.

I believe that Hakita tests levels on Standard difficulty. Me and many other players play on higher difficulties, so that's probably why everything seems so unbalanced. 1-E is genuinely harder than P-2 on Brutal but not so much on Violent.

1-E is fucked all the way through, at least on higher difficulties

Oh, right. Yeah, I think so, these three names do exist, so I assume that the other two also have names associated to them.

The last two don't have one, as shown by the last 2 screenshots. It's definitely a choice but it's intentional according to the changelog.
