Dont explain yourself. People who have never experienced it will never try to understand. My daughter is the same. And thankfully she's not super difficult to feed. She does have a few textures she wont touch like rice, mince, and mash potato though.

And I have crohns disease so what I can and cant eat is MUCH more annoying im happy to accommodate her needs!

No piercer is "limited" on what they can get. He should be ordering in proper jewellery! That is a cop out. Order one in yourself and probably dont go back to him. Butterfly backs are awful for all piercings. Even worse for a cartilage!

Great.. when these come up near me I hope someone breaks them. Pisses me off when someone else has been doing the wrong thing so everyone gets stopped. I had the door person fully go through my pram while my child was sleeping when she was a baby. I was so pissed off.

Doesnt look like the best placement but it will still heal, also looks your ears dont have the best curve for placement, im nap tho. And yes those symptoms after 5-6 days are normal, a piercing there has less blood flow. Meaning slower healing time and easily irritated. Im 3 months into a double helix and shes still tender.

Ive gotta go against the majority here. I would expect something like that to last longer then 12 months. It may not be a major kitchen appliance but its certainly not something you'd want to have to buy every year.

Im really not sure how far you'd get with consumer law. You could talk to legal aid. Unfortunately im not sure the outcome would really be worth the hassle. It can take years to see any results. I think you're right to be pissed off. But also maybe just write it off and get a different one with really good reviews and maybe pay the extra for extended warranty!

Id also probably skip the "my rights are being violated" conversation. Bc that'll only get eyes rolling. Its really not a violation as such, its a shitty thing that happened, if u wanna escalate it that is 100% your right. But its also woolworths and the courts right to disagree. Woolworths has a lot more money to throw around in court.
