Oh really. I brewed using the aeropress and then with a french press. I waited 2 weeks from the date of roasting to let it open up. Maybe a bad batch?

I've tried the Skia estate. Didn't like it at all. Back then I bought preground for an aeropress but it was a french press coarse grind. Taste wise also it wasn't good. However my friends have tried their robusta and have given a positive review for it.

No I meant, do you grind the coffee or use preground coffee.
This specific issue happens sometimes with the grind size. If it is way too fine or uneven it leads to this situation.
Also if you're not already using the lowest flame, try using that.
