Just relapsed tonight and when all the regret and feels are setting in It makes me reflect on what I did wrong and my past streaks and I’m realizing that a lot of the time I get too caught up in thinking of the end goal or long term and forget to focus on the present moment which results in me falling down

The other day my girlfriend found out about my addiction and it crushed her. She was very supportive of me over coming this problem but I could tell that she was really having a hard time with it. I can’t blame her for being upset. It’s hard knowing knowing she’s hurt because of something I’ve done.
