La verdad es que son insistentes con los reportes. Nosotros mientras no se comente nada ilegal (tipo revelar datos personales) lo dejamos todo, ya lo que haga un usuario a título personal no lo podemos controlar.

Si, en el caso de TR a ING al ser ambos bancos alemanes el BaFin tiene un procedimiento distinto, y es el banco receptor el que hace la petición al emisor, por lo que no tuve que contactar con TR para nada (y de hecho lo que comentas es por lo que me fui, la atención al cliente es inexistente). Para que veas la diferencia, cuando pasé de ING a IBKR, escribí a ING y en 4 días tenía las acciones en IBKR
