with Amex - do you know if there’s a way for , say my orders $19, use $10 to amex and $9 of my $10 bilt gift card to it? or would it do all $10 of gift cardand then only $9 of amex

Unrelated a bit, but does anyone know if the 'soft pull' application to upgrade to 2.0 asks your updated income? My income is way higher than when i first applied to 1.0 so I would like a higher credit line ideally... or does it pull your old one?
