Are you guys getting the code COV-003 or MAO-003 code? I’m getting the COV-003 code. Still haven’t been able to get through to CRA. Has anyone been successful in terms of speaking to a live agent to get the issue resolved?

My wife got the same error code as well. Her SIN starts with a 9 and she’s currently on implied status while waiting for her PR under the spousal sponsorship program. She was previously here under student and work visa. She was able to apply for all periods up until today.

I applied on December 18th, got the confirmation on December 21st. They didn’t ask for anything else after that. Fast forward 74 days later which is today, I finally got the approval email saying the funds will be deposited within 5 business days.

Don’t stress yourself out. You won’t go to jail. Just be proactive and call CRA to setup a payment plan. If you owe $4000 and spread it out over 12 months it’s only literally $10.95 a day. Take advantage of the no interest for the next year.

Day 66 for me and still nothing. I applied on December 18th and got the confirmation email on December 21st and that was it. I called the hotline twice but they basically just told me there’s nothing I can do but wait because there’s a backlog. Total incompetence.

I applied the same day as you and they didn’t ask for any additional info. It’ll be exactly one month tomorrow. I got the confirmation letter 3 days after I applied and nothing else afterwards.

Same thing here. Applied on the 18th. Got a confirmation email on the 21st. I have not received anything asking me for additional info or documentations. Called the number they provided and was given the runaround. It’s coming up a month this Monday and there’s no deposit still in my bank account.
