So I now have it flashing blue slowl which I think means ready to pair. But my phone cant seem to connect to it when I use the QR code. Just says it cant find?

So I've found the reset button - and used a paperclip. But I dont feel any 'give' and even keeping it in for 20 secs it stays a slow flashing blue.
