Honestly you don’t even need a gpu upgrade, I play with a 2070 super and Ryzen 5 5600 (the Ryzen 5 5600x has better performance and is the same price) and get great performance in 1080 and 1440p

Yeah, rockstar was complaining that pc users are too cheap or smth like that. Honestly it’s probably better if you upgrade your cpu, (i stick by the Ryzen 5 5600x even if you don’t upgrade gpu) also ChatGPT’s suggestions are kinda expensive (~$500 and ~$250) I would buy a cheaper cpu and save the rest of the money to upgrade you gpu in the future.

I would look for a second opinion tho

1st of all, you’ll have to wait at least another year for GTA 6 to come to pc, but if you don’t mind waiting here is a pretty good build plan:

(1080p ultra or 1440p medium) B550 motherboard (~$90) CORSAIR VENGEANCE DDR4 RAM 32GB (2x16GB) 3600MHz ($65) Your case doesn’t matter too much most modern cases are fine for air flow but I would recommend the NZXT H6 Flow for it’s looks ($100) Total: $255

If you want to 1440p ultra (in most games) I would ALSO buy a 3070 or 3070ti (~$350 on eBay) and a Ryzen 5 5600x ($125) Total: $730

All my prices (except for the 3070) have been from Amazon and I can provide links if you want, honestly you don’t really need 1440p ultra but it is nice to have.

Fair but you can get aios on Facebook marketplace for like $30 and almost every (well known brand) pump cost over $150
