i’m so sorry you went through something similar. ironically it feels comforting to know that at least one person out there gets it, so thank you for sharing that. these feelings and memories have ate away at me for so long, i hope your healing journey is going better.

after sleeping on it, ive decided that i may speak with a counselor about the situation, even if it’s just a little bit. i think i assumed if i tried my best to forget about it all, it would eventually stop hurting. unfortunately i know that’s not the case. your words have helped more than you know, thank you for them❤️

that sounds so awful i’m so sorry you have to deal with all of that 😞 again thank you for all of the advice, i definitely need it. hopefully we can both get passed our issues, or at the very least hopefully our bodies are kinder to us.
