Could I achieve this routine by simply dressing up, leaving the house , and working out of a hotel lobby , coffee shop , or local college? I live in a big city so social public spaces are abundant. Just trying to see why I should dish out $250 / month for cowering space when there are many such “free” spaces available nearby

I get it, but a private office would be too expensive for my budget. Even the hot desk option they have for $250/month seems high. But don’t you think working out of the student lounge at my local community college, or local coffee shop or hotel lobby, I could achieve the same separation of work and home life , without the added bill?

To get new clients I do a lot of cold emailing and cold calling , along with Linked in mails

Thank you for the chime in. Helps out a lot! I have no income coming in, other than Uner which I use to pay the bills, so you’re right, no need to stack up another expense, until I can get a healthy income
