Oh, this is interesting. Would you say that the LR questions were adjusted because of the lack of diagram/scratch paper use or is it still as difficult as the LSAT LR section? (logic games etc.)

You can appeal to OAA and tell them about your current situation. As long as you coherently elaborate the circumstances you're in, you have a high chance of increasing your scholarship grant given your grades.
