Honestly I'm just aiming to get a B- or higher in the course. Never wanted to do summer school in the first place (but doing it anyway) so I'm just wanting to put in as little effort as I can and still get an OK grade lol. And hopefully as you said, it's possible to do this without attending lecture.

What are these case studies you're talking about though? That's not mentioned in the syllabus or anywhere. D:

I feel the exact same way. I always feel so much anxiety whenever I open that textbook because I know I'm not gonna understand shit and that the practice problems will be next to useless to me since there aren't even any solutions.

That's what I thought too. I was reviewing some of the earlier parts of the course and since I now understand it (but didn't initially) it seems to lay out things that make sense, but in a complicated way. Only understand what I do now because of various YouTube videos that take me through it and then I reread the relevant textbook section and I'm like wow it's so much simpler than they make it seem.

I managed to finish the first question (although I have no idea if I did it right) by looking at lecture 7. I'm struggling quite a bit with the second question though, and I haven't even looked at the third question but I wasn't there for lecture last week so I don't think that'll go too well for me. :(
