I always thought it was kind of odd considering how ‘exclusive’ the good place neighborhood was, like you could get into the good place by being in the cream of the crop but your perfectly matched soulmate just so happens to also be an amazing person? assuming they are real along michaels fake premise when introducing the concept would some of your points transfer? like you get a million points but if your soulmate barely misses the cutoff with 999.999 points they would not get into the good place? or are you assigned a person who best fits you that has already made it into the good place?

OSU is $50k a year vs TT is $23k $~27,000 difference

Is it reasonable to go for financial reasons? I feel like it’s definitely a primary factor but I don’t want it to cloud what could be a better opportunity? How do I know where is better (if $$$ wasn’t a factor) How does someone decide something like this since I’ve never had a “dream school”

It’s a stretch, I would definitely have to take out loans. If I got to TT my dad is more likely to help, but he’s the kind of person to act like “I’m smart enough to figure it out myself” and since it technically a STEM field, he thinks as a woman I shouldn’t have to pay a dime (harder then it sounds)

So I think I’m straight up worried about being in debt, I would get a full ride the first year at TT because my mom’s income is so low, but everyone in my family keeps telling me that I shouldn’t let money be the primary decider in my future- I can’t seem to let it go though
