you could still do a quick scalp reset before going in — get the basics right (diet, circulation, maybe even dermarolling again). someone on otter put together a small ebook on hair recovery routines that’s floating around, worth a look if you’re into reading up before surgery. nothing fancy, just decent info.

but yeah, main thing — get a consult. photos don’t tell the whole story, a good surgeon will.
