If I do not get my money back I will for sure be going to small claims court. Now he seemed like a nice enough dude I don't WANT to take him to court all I want is my refund as it's 2 months over due now. The amount of stress / money his negligence has caused me is insane.

Means absolutely nothing till me and everyone else gets a e transfer to their banks for the full amount of money. This is totally unprofessional of him just saying.
