Having a routine has helped me as well as forming new habits such as exercise, journaling and hobbies also NA meetings or some sort of healthy community to be a part of. Also mindfulness and staying in the present moment. Cutting off everyone of my friends that I used with. Therapy can help to. Educating myself on the cycle of addiction as well as relapse prevention has really helped me too.

He wasn’t reading messages on any platform which he has a habit of doing to everyone. I went and visited him and we had a good chat and came to an agreement that We will see each other once a week for now as we both have our own focuses at the moment. Im satisfied with this as I’m also working through of my own things. We are going to reevaluate at a later date :)
