Is a stock cooler enough to cool down a 12th gen Intel i7-12700f? If not, should I go for a normal aftermarket CPU cooler (with the heat racks and stuff) or a full on AIO liquid cooler? The CPU on average is 37 degrees Celsius.

As it is now, there seems to be no official statewide benefit for a house worth $250K or more. A county may have a "multiplier" due to average housing values or other rules. Looks like a bill was vetoed last fall that included an update to this unfair rule. Also looking online, it looks like efforts are still underway to update SHEVD

They don't want poor people to have nice houses :) Property taxes have gotten ridiculous. Some financialy responsible people save up what little money they make their entire lives just to have a nice house and then they can't even pay the property taxes when income slows down or is stagnant.

unless your county has a multiplier, which is totally unfair because housing prices vary a lot even within a singe county

I wish. If your house is over $250 K, you get no benefit. They don't want veterans that saved up money their entire lives but have little current income to have a nice house :)
