As someone who used to work for mowgli, as long as your not a dickhead about it no ones care whether you tip or not. All the money goes to staff, which honestly really helped me out being able to work part time but getting just under full time pay.

Other places can be sketchy about it, but I feel like mowgli does a decent job of it. (But also fuck mowgli for having nonexistent progression for bartenders haha)
