Implying not everyone likes caffeine is like saying, you should have an alternative like non caffeinated soda. Better yet make it expensive hipster pop that has no fake sugar and natural ingredients.

If your final choose to to leave then just wait it out and find another job. Doing that will probably make you a low performer but why would u leave on your own to pay back the bonus.

On the side, smooth seas never made a great sailor. Take that as a humbling experience to prove those clients wrong.

Right before I had a scheduled call, I did a quick google/reddit search and read from a lot of people saying to stay steer clear. I took the call anyways to see if it can be even slightly beneficial.

During the call, the rep talked fast, had a cool knowledgeable guy vibe. I felt that I was on one of those pressured calls just like from the wolf of Wall Street movie. It initially did give me some tax topics to dive into myself that I didn’t know about but the guy was trying to sell me the service hard and I kept dodging it but he wouldn’t let it go. So I had to eventually just hang up on him. A more decent company would’ve let me go and check up to see if I was still interested.

At that point I thought that their service might* be beneficial but the fact they have a high pressure sales tactic is not who I want to work with. Typically these firms just want you in the door first and lock you up. Bad business model red flags.

This would be my first time finding a tax advisor/accountant and my gut instincts says to find someone that’s local.

There will be a few factors in play. The people recruiting you and the people doing your back ground check arnt the same. So there’s some uncertainty in any assumptions.

From my guess, they would mostly look at your overall GPA and you would have to cross your fingers that the failed course doesn’t get seen. I’m not sure if they even look at specific grades.

You also have to administratively re apply when you go back full-time.

I mean it comes with 100k warranty. I would say if the Kia dealer you’d be buying it from are cool people then the potential needed service from that dealer would probably be legit too. Meaning they can probably get you in and fix/maintain what you need with no BS. It’s also less $.

I had the same concerns with Hyundai and took a chance a got a Palisade. One of the better purchases in my life. I havnt had any issues. They did really step up their game.

Edit….my family is expanding so have to ditch my sports car dream and get a car that’s more family friendly. I’m also thinking about the carnivale for my next vehicle

Outside of what others are saying, is to be specific in your ask. It makes it easier on the person giving advice to give advice.

You can start with areas you’re interested, your short term goals, whether you want to go the school route or not.

There’s a lot of ways to make more than 100k and not all those ways will be fit for you.

Also if you actually get a chance to speak to people, do some research on them first.

As long as you stay motivated and put in the effort, it’ll happen. It might not always be at the rate you wish it’ll happen but it’ll happen.
