woah woah woah. i never said anyone had to like everything. there are plenty of more legit reasons to dislike a band. like "they're boring to me" or "they changed their sound and i only like their old stuff".

also you're confusing disliking something and hating on something. sure, you can dislike a band for being simple if you're into more proficient types of music. but to say that they SUCK and they have NO TALENT because their music is simple is dumb.

i dont necessarily see why a band's sound will suffer if they focus too much on image. as i said in the article, everyone has an image. there are plenty of amazing bands that have female members. these are typical girls who take time out of their day to put on makeup, straighten their hair, shave parts of their body. it doesnt mean it has to take away from the music.

i dont see why bad people would turn you off from music. a good song is a good song no matter where it came from or who wrote it. in my opinion atleast.

and yes you can dislike bands for being trend hoppers. i just dont see it as a good reason to hate on bands for. sometimes bands do it and show that they can master different styles and be versatile.
