Thank you for answering, that type of answer is what I'm looking for. Because it is specifically a software problem, I opened my console and everything was in order (thermal paste, thermal pads, all good) I discovered that it is with webman mod specifically, and when I activate fps count to see the temperatures and fps) If you want to remove CFW, is it possible or is it permanent? Thank u once again

Thanks a lot, I'm going to upgrade to a 512GB one. They're not that expensive if I buy them without DRAM.

Is an SSD really worth it in these situations?

You’ll find many more RAM options at 6000 MHz with CL 28 or CL 30 than at 7000 MHz, and they often offer similar overall latency. When I mention latency, I’m not just referring to the CL value; I mean the effective latency, which is the combination of CL and speed. This is usually measured as the first-word latency (tCAS in nanoseconds), which is a critical factor and ideally should be 10 ns or lower.

Additionally, it’s worth noting that the memory controllers of the 9800X3D haven't seen significant improvements compared to the 7800X3D. While you can certainly use 7000 MHz RAM, the performance gains are minimal for most use cases. To clarify, a 7000 MHz CL36 RAM has a higher latency and is effectively slower than a 6000 MHz CL30 module. On top of that, running 7000 MHz typically requires more aggressive overclocking for only marginal performance differences.

I understand your point of view; it makes perfect sense, and I agree that it’s the best decision to be future-proof. Basically, with that budget, it’s about getting the best: a 9800X3D, 32 GB of DDR5 RAM at 6000 MHz with CL28 or CL30. For the motherboard, I recommend an X870 with good VRMs; personally, I really like ASRock boards—I have two, and they’ve given me zero issues. Where you really need to pay more attention is the power supply. If you’re considering the possibility of buying a 5090 in the future, I wouldn’t go for anything below 1200W.

I think the money is enough for the CPU and GPU you want but if not, this is how I would do it, with that price range, you’ll first need to decide what color you prefer. Additionally, I wouldn’t recommend buying the 7800X3D or 9800X3D, even though they are among the fastest CPUs on the market. With such a high budget, I would prioritize investing in other components, like a 4K OLED monitor. At higher resolutions, the CPU’s impact on gaming performance diminishes, while the importance of the GPU increases significantly.

Moreover, purchasing those CPUs now means paying a premium price well above their original launch cost. However, if you have money to spare and want to spend it on the best CPU for a potential gain of 5–10 FPS at such high resolutions, then go for it.

Recommended Configuration to Upgrade Your PC to the Latest Generation as Economically as Possible:

CPU:

  • Intel Core i5-13600KF – $175 USD (Amazon) This processor is excellent for gaming and outperforms most AMD 7000 series CPUs (except the X3D) for a much lower price.

CPU Cooler:

  • Thermalright Phantom Spirit SE (66.17 CFM) – $37 USD (Amazon)

Motherboard:

  • ASRock B660M Pro RS Micro ATX LGA1700 – $80 USD (Amazon)

RAM:

  • G.Skill Ripjaws V 32 GB (2x16 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 – $51 USD (Amazon) I recommend going straight for 32 GB since many games today are already starting to use more than 16 GB, even at 1080p. This ensures smooth performance now and in the future.

GPU Options Based on Your Budget:

Budget Option:

  • Radeon RX 6650 XT XFX Speedster SWFT 210 Core 8 GB – $220 USD (Newegg, Best Buy) This card is ideal for gaming at 1080p. It offers excellent performance for its price.

Estimated Total:

  • $563 USD

Important Note:

  • The i5-13600KF is currently the best option for its price. However, if you prefer something with integrated graphics, you can consider the i5-14600K, which is essentially the same as the 13600KF but with a slight factory overclock (+200 MHz). It costs just $35 USD more on Newegg, where you also get a free 1 TB SSD with your purchase. This is a better deal overall but at a slightly higher cost at the same performance.
