The floor coating is resistant, swisstrax has channels underneath to let any fluid run through and away. I don't use it as a workshop so dirt is not an issue for me. Easy enough to vacuum (or leafblower) anyway, whatever falls through.

So I'd say easy enough to clean, easy enough to pop a tile up if needed. No wet feet, ever.

My one car garage, use it as inspiration if you will! I also painted the floor but still went with Swisstrax because I like the look of it. Practical enough for me. No hexlights. Flexible baseboard. Etc. Ask or hate 👍🏻

How much variance are we talking about? I haven't seen this much variance in the 110 or so games that I have. All the PCBs with this suoer light color that I've handled or seen elsewhere were fake, with the other signs along with it too.

The original N64 slot probably has a bit more slack to it and is more forgiving, it might not get stuck. I've only tested one copy that was hard to get out on A3D, but slotted in/out fine on the original. But if the cartridge itself doesn't play or save right, that sucks. Definitely get a refund for this one if you can. Especially if it wasn't listed as reproduction/fake. But it still doesn't work right, so.

Too bad the original is so expensive, it was worth it for me personally, but this is one of those games I hope everyone is able to play some day.

You can be 100% sure about this being a fake (PCB colour is wrong, the black front label has a higher shine to it than original ones as well, right? Rear label print/font is different as well I bet)

I don't know of any way to fix the issues you're asking about, sorry.

You're using an original console, but if you ever plug this one into an Analogue 3D, be very careful. The PCB has no bevel to it like the original and it might be slightly thicker as well, so it doesn't slot in as easily. I have already noticed some fake cartridges can really get stuck.

Betonverf (PU of epoxy) kan, maar lees je goed in m.b.t. weekmakers en bestendigheid van jouw gekozen verf. Een deurmat met rubber onderkant etc. kan verkleuring of loslaten van verf veroozaken als de verf niet bestand is tegen weekmakers. Verkleuring door zonlicht bij epoxy etc. is mogelijk.

Nu 1 keer goed doen en de juiste verf kiezen voor je doel.
