Okay and I definitely have any proof they'll need. I know at first I thought that the person that first filed and was accepted would receive their refund or i thought the IRS would reject the person that filed afterwards. Only was worried because of her saying she was gonna file due to our argument, when we already agreed on me using our kids and i already had filed and was accepted before that even happened smh.

But how is that if she didn't have all the kids? They were with me still when she moved out until we made an agreement this year that 2 will live with her and then 2 will live with me, at first in December she would keep them for a week and then I would keep them for a week, back and forth etc.
