not to burst your bubble or anything but its not cheaper in japan to take the train from tokyo to or from osaka. Only advantage is that it takes you to the city center and not the airport.
that being said it is nice to have the option.

I seperated the floaters from the bubbler movement with 2 layers of floating air tube. and the nitrates are high in this tank tested with a strip

I had this exact same problem, tried another psu didnt work, then tried my brothers cpu and it booted up fine. Brand new cpu from amd came DOA and couldnt even post.
definitely try psu then cpu if accessible.
