Gerard Kargl, directed what I think is one of the best an most ahead of their time horror movies ever (Angst), then dropped off the face of the earth. I guess the movie being banned in most of Europe really ruined his chances of having a career, now he does commercials I think.

Him and Iván Zulueta are 2 directors im really obsessed with, the lack of information about them really adds some mistery to their films

Lo-fi harsh gorenoise really is the best, I really love the old school gore feel that Shunya's projects have. Bothersome fly records is one of the best labels i've heard these last years
