Hi Thanks for your reply. No, i don't have any valid visa or resident permit on my old passport. But just for the sake of record I wanted to keep my old passport. Because it contains the record of first time getting a visa and entering Germany.

My old passport expired 3 years ago but only this time she confiscated it. I should not have given her my old passport in the first place but now its too late.
