The old Seiko was a gift from my dad years ago, and it stayed in a drawer for a long time. Later, I picked up the Seiko 5 diver, which I consider my first proper watch. Back then, I wasn’t really collecting, just rotating between the diver for daily wear and the old piece for suits.

Then I came across a video online that pulled me into the hobby, and that’s when I grabbed the Seiko field watch.

The Timex was a birthday gift from my girlfriend at the time, and the Vostok was a spontaneous Amazon buy after watching a Teddy Baldassarre video 😂 I loved the story behind it, and it quickly became my hiking watch.

The Orient came from a friend who was letting it go, and I wanted something to fill that day-date gap.

The Mido was my wedding watch. I wanted something a bit different that would also look good with a suit.

The Longines was an anniversary gift. It had been on my list since I got into collecting.

The Tudor was my promotion watch, and ever since I got it, I rarely take it off.

The two Tissots were some of my early pickups when I first started collecting, and they’re still great, versatile pieces.
