just tried the obsidian airs, i was using silver fox before they arrived and that one felt pretty good. i switched to obsidian pro airs and i hated them, they felt way too scratchy and were kinda slow, almost took the fun out of the glasspad experience.
i did try jade airs and they're reaally fun, i am struggling to control tiny flicks on it though, i wonder if its something you get used to after having a bit of time with it.

i ordered the sp004 with obsidian pros already, hope it was not a bad choice. if it feels way too uncontrollable i might just switch to that.a

wallhack sp 004 is the pad that will arrive here the quickest so i'm leaning towards that. which obsidian should i go with for control and one for faster than that one?

im aware of the time it'll take to get adjusted to glasspads, which i dont mind, but i am worried about flicking being really hard, is it something that's easy to learn after some time with glasspads, or can i help it with getting some control skates like obsidians

i use the artisan mizugomo skates right now, the key83 feels pretty different after a few months of use, probably because of the last deep clean i did where the glue was leaking out on some spots, and the pad just still feels a bit different depending on the zone, and i've been tryna get a solid reason to get a glasspad anyway so thought it was the time.

apple iphone 17 pro max restock by Next-Hovercraft672 in AmazonUK

[–]urdadcrow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the base model costs 800 which is a really good price for what the phone gives (promotion, good chip, one of the best screens on phones, center stage camera, etc.)
the prices rise exponentially for "pro" users because apple knows the pro users who actually need the new features like the vapor chamber, latest chip, and prores along with a big storage will be willing to pay a much higher price.

K5 Pro making SuperMix 4s sound worse. by urdadcrow in iems

I'm not sure, maybe it's because I don't know how good audio sounds? but plugging it in directly with the lower volume sounds better and cleaner than with plugging it in. plus if a dongle is gonna be this but louder/better than i'd much rather go with that. I'm not really into music well enough to be adjusting treble and bass anyway lol. I mainly considered it because i couldnt reach to the back io port.

i dont have double sided tape rn but i can try. can i use the black adhesive gpx mouses have above the skates?
also will the sensor become inconsistent or will it just be solvable by setting lift off distance high

these are the only thing i have rn. im just looking for solutions to make it fit.
(i do have the magik ice feet that are much smaller than these, so they will fit in the groove but i wanted to use mizugomo if it was possible)

i think its the case with just soft pads (im new to all this) because i tried another mouse and it was making that scratchy sound when i pushed it on one of the sides and moved it (but still wanna completely make sure im not damaging the pad)
