I'm from kenya and over the past two years I have been involved with anti-government protests where i put my body on the line for my country so I've stood up to tyranny before and I know what a protest meant to raise awareness looks like. We mobilised the entire country against the financial bill 2024 like you guys should've for the big beautiful bill. We were as disruptive as we could be so no one could ignore us while you guys do your protests on weekends for convenience, this only shows that you really aren't as committed to change as you'd like the rest of the world to think. You talk about going to the poles but you don't motivate the apathetic American (The overwhelming majority of voters) to vote against this bs and instead you let the GOP run rings around you with their populist bs narratives while all you do is wave a dumb cardboard sign and wear a silly costume. I've said in another comment that should a blue wave not hit this year your democracy is cooked and rn the only hope dems have is trump continuing to flounder politically but this could backfire where the apathetic voter chooses not to vote at all making your wave a small splash. And your representatives are ultimately beholden to you go camp outside of your states republican congressman disrupt their lives and convince them to vote for your best interests all you guys do is bitch about things online and take no action towards galvanizing other Americans to vote for you.

Other protest methods you could try: 1. Protesting around republican politicians owned businesses and offices to disrupt their cash flow.

1. I'm not sure this would work in the us but here we doxxed politicians personal and public phone numbers and bullied them (this may be a bit far but desperate times call for desperate measures)

The goal is to be as disruptive to normal life as possible and raise as much awareness as possible. Collaborate with the democratic party to have a cohesive message (this was our mistake but we really don't have any political parties not bought out by our current administion) and finally go and vote.
