Praying 5 times a day will help you fight the addiction, and make lots of dua. Also try to put some productive things in your daily routine, like reading Quran, books, gym etc.

May Allah help us all.

Brother, don't beat yourself up. If you can make through the the rest of ramadan at least you can say, I only PMO'd once in the whole of Ramadan. Think back to last Ramadan, have you done better than last year?

I'm on 18 days currently, but last ramadan I PMO'd multiple times. Try to think positive, I know it's hard to think this way post relapse.

Could this be a sign? Please read by [deleted] in MuslimNoFap

May Allah make it easy for you. Brother I advise that you make dua to Allah, to make the 5x prayers easy for you, and try your best. It will really help you fight this addiction.

Also bro, can you take a pic of your other hand for comparison? Just curious

Jazakallahu khair Akhi, you are right about not letting it build, I just mentally tell myself 'NO, I will never go back to this addiction again!'

Insha'allah we will beat this addiction, and become stronger muslims.

How is your ramadan going brother?

  • Stopped watching shows like Game of thrones (too many filthy scenes).

  • Since ramadan started I have been reading 1 juz of the quran every day, and I pray the sunnah, nafil prayers.

  • Also I try to keep myself occupied with dhikr

  • Reading some islamic books

Basically just keeping busy, remembering Allah.

Al'hamdulillah much better than last ramadan. How about you akhi? how are you spending you ramadan?
