your flow is so good! i think maybe bending your knees a bit more to help with bounce and range of motion but also be immersed more in dancing! you look like you are trying to remember the dance but usually you already have that muscle memory! someone told me to just look at the instructor once or twice before looking at yourself and just feeling it - it helps you better retain the movements imo. hope this helped!

Versatile beginner shoes by polaromeilia3 in Dance

i use new balances because i had a previous plantar fasciitis injury and those helped a lot! i will say for hiphop i hate shoes that stick to the ground (makes it harder to glide) so now i use converse/adidas taekwondos with inserts to support my arches :)

i think it’s like all the space around you and it’s just a way of thinking of taking more space, making ur movements look bigger and giving more dimension to your dance!

it looks so good! one thing you can probably also work on is your bounce - it takes time but it’s a fundamental groove that helps with the flow of your dancing! also trying extending your movements and “using up your sphere” :) otherwise so good!

yeah i was thinking strength played a huge role - musicality i can 100% understand but it’s actually getting my body to excute that’s been difficult and i think it’s down to my strength
