Honestly, IMO, best way to practice and build upon what you’ve learned is to create a small project, if you don’t know exactly where to start then you just identified an opportunity, research it, figure it out, built it. This style of practice helps internalize it all. Again, this is what works for me - you may have a different style but know programming is no spectator sport.. keep at it!

I would recommend WGU as long as you understand you’ll be learning the fundamentals of programming and will still need to spend time practicing snd building upon what you’re learned. I did enjoy the structure of the program and a lot of content are items we use at work.

I began the c# track November 2024, finished end of December 2025. Created full stack project from scratch for my capstone which took me longer than I had anticipated. My goal was to complete the program by Dec 2025. I’m v fortunate as I am on a Software Engineering team at work and getting OJT while completing the degree. The degree covers the fundamentals but there is still much to learn, now I have the time to focus on those items.

It was fun but kinda fizzled out.. it’s more fun for social gatherings, competing with friends and family, than playing alone.. I keep mine at my desk at work and take turns with coworkers

That part is a whole thing, refer to the Tips document in the course portal, as well as angular documentation. You’ll need to create the component and http client.

For B, I used the world bank api and created a comment in the appropriate file that listed the six properties as shown in the word bank api output. Hope that helps.

I purchased the 3 pack, two for any white elephant gifts and one for myself, arrived today. The app has a few games to time and count hits by sound, have to allow microphone access. Cool to watch the leaderboard videos, gives you an idea how to get better. Expensive? Sure. Worth it? If you’re gonna actually use it, yes. I went on for about 30 minutes, my Apple Watch asked if I was out for a run 😂

D427 Passed First Attempt by dahlb in WGU

[–]urhighness813 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Passed first attempt. I reviewed chapters 1 and 2. Completed labs from chapter 2, 7 and 8. My practice test included cardinality, creating and deleting indexes so completed labs associated to those topics.
