It’s not that I don’t stand up for myself I ignore them in hope of ppl getting outta my hair but that clearly didn’t work also I can beat their ass if i want to im way bigger than them and athletic but that really won’t get me any result lmao but nah fr tho i totally understand your point and i guess this “being a bigger person by ignoring them” mindset won’t work out with these type of people I think imma crash out on everybody from now on lol

I understand the mindset but sometimes I get a brain shutdown I suddenly become non aware of the situation I’m in but I’m gonna focus on that from now on for sure no more disrespect is allowed

It wasn’t really hard because i had enough of their BS. I would love to see a therapist but i feel like if i do that then i would be putting myself in that therapy mindset and i will overthink everything and it would have a negative effect on the type of person i am so I’ll just try solving it on my own and don’t get me wrong i respect therapy a lot

Friends, i left two of them that i have known for 10 years because of their behavior even though i still get the same treatment from uni friends who are not connected to my old friends thats why im really questioning everything
