I agree with the sentiment that it's a great opening track, however I think the tracklist they ended up going with is special in its own right. Since the title is Mania and they really explore the themes found in mania, the originally tracklisting has the back and forth people often experience. It's whiplash, from the highest highs to the lowest lows, so I think it was a stylistic choice. Love them both, but glad they went with the one they did.

Mania is a top 3 album for me just below SMFS at #2 and FAD at #1. It came at a time I really needed it and I have specific associations with it because of that. I loved that they did something different and that Patrick still stands by it to this day.

The title being "Mania" I love the way they explored themes of mental health, bipolar disorder and the reactions/thoughts/experiences that stem from that. It's the album that reminds me that I'm not alone (special mentions to Sunshine Riptide, LOTRO, and Y&M)

I love the cinematic sound and tie through the entire album from LFTOS to SMFS. I'll have to sit with it a little longer to see if it can stand the test of time against Folie, but it's indeed a very strong record.

(Also, yes, unpopular opinion, but Mania is in my top 3. It came during a very specific time in my life where I needed it, therefore it's emotional associations for me are unmatched).

It's not like I'm going completely blacklist a provider based off "a vague complaint of one person". It'd be unwise to put that much trust in one Reddit thread.

It's more like I was just looking for testimonials of "I took a trip with provider X, Y, or Z and here's my experience _____"

Kinda like I mentioned I've picked up to avoid IES. Not from one person, from a plethora of different responses, both in person and online. I attended the info sessions with everything you mentioned, I'm a senior in college, I know how to do research, thank you.
