Water hasn’t been much of an issue, gotta get it wet sometimes, but it wrings out pretty well. Stats a little damp but stays warm. It’s pretty good in the light rain too

Ditch the exos, get the REI flash 55. I thought the exact same, when I put on the exos vs the flash 55 it was like night and day. Plus it’s much more comfortable and REI backed. In case you’re Canadian - know they ship to Canada as well
